Episode 190: The Fortress and the Farm, 28 Mirtul

Ciran awakes to find himself in the Shadowfell. What’s worse? He is in the courtyard of the Fortress of Memories. Beside him are the bodies of his friends. The Raven Queen does that “bad guy monologue” when the grace of Hanali pulls the spirits of Thaisce, Jendal, and Sonya away from the dark. They awaken and begin to be transported to Scardale. However, before they can leave, the Raven Queen leaves them with a picture of what is happening to Jendal’s adopted family- Lana and Prospero. Little does he know that they are the keepers of the Tablets of Fate at Old Hazard Farm, where Kaligax and his Shadar-kai brothers have just arrived.
